About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Data Engineer at Tavus, you will own the company’s end-to-end data strategy, ensuring high-quality data for AI model training and for data-driven products.
Key Missions
- Source, curate, structure, and optimize data to ensure quality for models and product use.
- Anticipate future data needs and shape how AI model training is informed by high-quality datasets.
- Tackle video data challenges for ML training, improving labeling and automation workflows.
Requirements
- Experience with LLMs and multimodal datasets.
- Extreme ownership of data strategy.
- Strategic, ML-first mindset.
- Ability to establish best practices in new problem spaces.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, and large-scale data processing.
- Strong automation skills.
