Role Overview

Data Engineer (Part-time, Remote) — flexible, self-paced schedule. Paid $70–$120/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design end-to-end data science and analytics workflows to evaluate model performance.
• Build scenarios spanning SQL analysis, dashboards, experimentation, and business intelligence.
• Develop and assess data pipelines, data warehouse schemas, and orchestration workflows.
• Create and review data artifacts including:
  • queries
  • experiment readouts
  • dashboard specifications
• Evaluate outputs for analytical accuracy, execution quality, and sound analytical reasoning.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in data science, analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python, plus one or more of: dbt, data warehousing, or pipeline orchestration tools.
• Experience with experimentation, metric modeling, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to produce and interpret queries, schemas, and dashboards.
• Clear written communication with structured, step-by-step reasoning.
