About the role
Data Engineer (Remote-first)
Role Overview
You will conceptualize and implement data automation processes to support new and existing data sets, ensuring production-grade reliability and scalability as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data automation pipelines (ETL/ELT) to handle growing data volumes
- Write production code to ensure robustness and scalability
- Design and build data solutions, including:
- SQL databases
- Azure Blob Storage
- Appropriate data warehouse and related architectures
- Use Azure Data Factory to orchestrate and manage data workflows
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL
- Hands-on ETL/ELT experience
- Azure experience (including Azure Data Factory)
- Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages:
- Python or PowerShell or C#
- Data warehouse experience
