Role Overview

Hands-on Data Engineer (AWS) for a healthcare organization.

Engagement: 6-month contract-to-hire
Work model: Remote / flexible
Focus: Build scalable AWS data pipelines and improve data governance and data quality across the platform.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Python on AWS
Own and improve production data workflows
Support and enhance data governance and data quality frameworks
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams
Help define and implement data best practices

Requirements

Strong experience with AWS data services
Proficiency in Python
Experience developing ETL/pipeline solutions
Experience with data governance and data quality

Nice to Have

Experience with Collibra
Familiarity with Terraform (IaC)
