About the role

Data Engineer

Design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and business operations.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
Develop and optimize data models and data warehouse solutions
Process and analyze large datasets to support business insights and decision-making
Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation across data platforms
Optimize data collection, storage, and processing for scalability and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and support data needs
Create dashboards, templates, and visualizations for stakeholders
Support experimentation and validation of data-driven solutions
Contribute to data governance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Advanced SQL and Python (with Scala as a plus)
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines
Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop
Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work across technical and business teams

Nice to Have

Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial processes
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks
Experience working in Agile environments
