Role Overview

itD is hiring a Data Engineer IV to build and scale high-performance data infrastructure for marketing science and advertising insights. The role focuses on real-time data processing and delivering actionable signals to optimize advertising performance at large scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize real-time data pipelines from existing data sources for marketing and analytics use cases.
• Design and structure large-scale datasets for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Build and maintain data tables supporting multiple marketing signals for millions of users and advertisers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize data signals and incorporate feedback quickly.
• Act as a subject matter expert for data engineering within marketing science initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and minimal errors across pipelines and datasets.
• Improve data processing efficiency and overall system performance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering (or related field).
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (millions of rows).
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data structuring, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing real-time or near real-time data processing systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer lifecycle management or CRM data.
• Background in marketing data, advertising analytics, or marketing science.
• Experience working in large-scale tech environments.
• Familiarity with building data tables for campaign or performance tracking.
