Data Center Technical Program Manager

About the role

Join our team as a Data Center Technical Program Manager, where you will manage large-scale deployments of GPU clusters in data center colocation across the country. You will work closely with Data Center engineering and operations to ensure proper deployment of infrastructure requirements, drive multiple simultaneous projects forward, and proactively manage dependencies. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage communication of progress/status, and build strong partnerships across the organization. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new business opportunities and expansion of existing business opportunities. Profile: - Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to create structure where needed - Strong ability to humbly lead by influence and by example - Are a strong communicator, able to structure internal and external communication - Have excellent leadership and organizational skills - Demonstrated successful experience including working in a manufacturing environment with complex systems integration - Poses a technical background, with demonstrated ability to engage on technical topics - typically demonstrated by an Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience - Have 7+ years of experience in program/project management for complex product development programs - Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry - Have a thorough understanding of agile and waterfall management techniques - Knowledge and expertise using various project management tools - Experience with large-scale distributed data center environments
