About the role
Role: Data & Business Intelligence Analyst (Data & BI Associate)
Fully remote in most locations within the country of employment (United States).
Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and insights to support strategic projects across Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations.
- Understand business needs, monitor data quality, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Own analytical projects that support company-wide programs.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, finance, sales operations, systems/IT).
- Implement and document dataset-related technical work, striving for 100% accuracy.
- Lead high-impact data cleanup for ambiguous datasets using analytical judgment.
- Apply querying and analysis (e.g., SQL) and establish best-practice classification/decision frameworks to enable scalable automation.
- Execute data updates directly in Salesforce and related systems; partner with GTM Ops and Sales to validate accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Explore advanced analytics and AI optimization opportunities (e.g., cloud hosting, job automation, AI techniques, natural language generation).
Basic Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience working with data in a business setting (data management, process execution, operations, reporting, or analytics).
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree in a quantitative discipline.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for data/insights research.
- Familiarity with advertising/media agency ecosystems (agency hierarchies, multi-market coverage, client–agency relationships).
- Ability to use quantitative insights to influence decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience manipulating large-scale structured and unstructured data.
- Experience creating and maintaining data warehouse tables using SQL.
- Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Pig, Hive).
- Programming experience in at least one language (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript).
Compensation
- $49.21/hr – $58.05/hr (W2/Non-Exempt), rate dependent on location.
