Role overview

Join Salesforce’s Data Foundation International Strategy team as a Data Analytics Senior Analyst. You’ll be the go-to expert on data and analytics for the international business, combining strategic thinking with technical analytics work to influence sales strategy, operational efficiency, product growth, and the sales motion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the data & analytics expert for the International business, delivering strategic insights and recommendations through clear, data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders across regions.
• Design and build executive-level dashboards and self-serve reporting tools to track KPIs, accounting for regional differences (e.g., currency, segment, theatre-level performance).
• Own end-to-end development of curated datasets and scalable reporting pipelines using Snowflake and internal tools, including Tableau Prep and Airflow.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve analytics and reporting.
• Translate business questions into structured analysis and communicate results into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience managing datasets, building scalable reporting layers, and delivering BI solutions across geographies.
• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) applying AI/automation (e.g., LLMs, AI copilots, prompt-driven workflows, agentic systems) to analytics/reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of sales-related datasets and metrics (e.g., ACV, OP, pipegen, account/AOV/commit, G4G, carving), ideally with international/multi-region reporting considerations.
• Strong technical skills: advanced SQL, Tableau visualization, Python scripting/automation, and Airflow.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority across regions and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives.

Experience level

• 2–3 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical strategy role.
