Role overview

As Data Analytics Lead at Bitstack, you will build the company’s data analytics function from scratch—defining key metrics and enabling teams to make decisions based on evidence.

Responsibilities

Define canonical metrics and datasets that leadership and teams rely on for decision-making.
Set up data discovery, documentation, and curated datasets so teams can answer questions without ad-hoc support.
Help teams shift from “opinions” to “evidence” by making analytics repeatable, reviewable, and fast.
Drive data-backed decisions across the company and support product shaping through analytics.

Requirements

Ability to build an analytics/data function from scratch.
Strong ownership of metric definitions, datasets, and analytics enablement.
Capability to structure analytics so results are consistent and reusable (repeatable/reviewable).

Nice-to-haves

Experience in fintech/crypto analytics or regulated financial domains (implied by the company’s mission).
