About the role

Role Overview

Join INCO Academy as a French-speaking Data Analytics Facilitator. You will guide learners through the Google Data Analytics Certificate program by delivering live sessions and providing ongoing mentoring and support in a fully remote, online learning environment.

Key Missions

Deliver onboarding sessions for new cohorts and weekly live sessions aligned with the program curriculum.
Support learners via Slack: answer questions and provide 1:1 support sessions.
Collaborate with the INCO Academy team and participate in regular team meetings to improve the program.

Requirements

Fluent French and comfortable facilitating sessions in French.
Strong English skills for collaboration with an international team.
Knowledge/experience in data analytics, including tools and concepts used in the Google Data Analytics Certificate, such as:
- Spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, Python
- Basic data cleaning and data analysis concepts
Experience in training, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching, ideally online.
Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools:
- Slack, video conferencing platforms, and Google Workspace (Google Suite).
Interested in supporting learners, including those facing barriers to employment.

Contract & Time Commitment

Freelance/contractor role
Approx. 13 hours/week
