About the role

Join our team as a Data Analytics Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping how AI interacts with our internal data. You'll be the backbone of our data strategy, collaborating with various departments to create clean, trusted datasets that drive our AI initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining our canonical data models, optimizing vendor AI tool performance, and eliminating shadow tables. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI and data analytics in a fast-paced startup environment. Key missions: Concevoir et posséder les modèles de données canoniques dans Snowflake qui servent de source de vérité pour l'ensemble de l'entreprise.. Structurer les ensembles de données afin que les outils d'IA des fournisseurs fonctionnent de manière optimale, avec des schémas cohérents et des accès bien indexés.. Posséder la couche de transformation (dbt), avec des tests rigoureux et une validation afin que chaque consommateur en aval puisse faire confiance à ce sur quoi il travaille. Profile: - Experience in startups, a plus - Strong data quality instincts and a track record of building infrastructure that unblocks teams - Proficiency with dbt or comparable transformation frameworks - Good judgment — you scope well, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate tradeoffs - 6+ years in data engineering with strong SQL and deep Snowflake expertise - Experience designing efficient, scalable analytical data models
