Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis using Microsoft Excel to extract insights and support decision-making.
• Work with project stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analyses.
• Review, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Create clear reports and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in complex datasets.
• Document methodologies, results, and recommendations with strong attention to detail.
• Contribute to improving data-driven decision-making within the customer team.

Required skills

• Proven business experience performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel as the primary tool.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to drive outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies and implement corrective measures.
• Experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
