Data Analyst, Sr. (Corporate)

Role overview

(Senior) Corporate Data Analyst to support the development and ongoing maintenance of a new internal data warehouse. You will partner with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs, build BI reporting, and deliver actionable insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize business intelligence (BI) solutions: data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Own the company-wide data warehouse, ensuring maintenance, data availability, and reliable integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze data requirements for BI projects.
• Use data visualization and statistical analysis to communicate patterns, trends, and insights clearly.
• Create and reconcile reports on a scheduled basis and for ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain thorough documentation of data sources, models, and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
• Stay current on BI tools, trends, and best practices to improve decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business, or related fields.
• 1+ years in data analytics/reporting/dashboard development (Corporate Data Analyst level).
• 3+ years providing analytics and reporting to leadership (Senior Corporate Data Analyst level).
• Proficiency with Python and SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Experience with data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Prior collaboration with data engineers and understanding technical requirements.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and deadline management.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI/data platforms such as Databricks and ThoughtSpot (or similar lake/warehouse analytics tools).
