Role overview

Senior or Lead Data Analyst on the Performance Measurement and Analysis team. You’ll perform advanced quantitative analysis, work with internal customers to clarify requirements, and present findings to leadership. The role also emphasizes automation and data validation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal customers and stakeholders to understand analytical requirements
Collaborate with peers to deliver analytics and reporting for contact center operations
Apply advanced analytical, statistical, and technical methods to answer complex business questions
Present unique insights/findings to leadership
Implement solutions focused on automation and data validation to reduce waste and improve efficiencies

Requirements (must-have)

Minimum six (6) years of analytical work experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher plus at least five (5) years analytical work experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field plus at least three (3) years analytical work experience

Preferred skills

Proactive, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Collaborative communication with cross-functional teams and ability to influence leadership
Proficiency in SAS and/or SQL, including creating and troubleshooting basic programs
Knowledge of Hadoop, Python, R, GitHub, SSIS, or AWS
Experience building and maintaining Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards

Work location

Remote work allowed, with occasional travel for training and/or meetings
