Role overview
Data Analyst, Reporting Partnerships (Commercial Data & Analytics) Generate physician-level reporting that powers client measurement and analysis. The role can be based in San Francisco (HQ) or remotely within the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain Python-based client reporting used for client measurement.
- Deliver new Python scripts for reporting use cases (adapt templates or build custom scripts end-to-end).
- Conduct daily QA of reporting outputs and serve as a point-of-contact for teammates’ SQL and Python questions.
- Create and maintain aggregate reports using Python and SQL.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in business analytics or performance reporting.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing and evaluating complex queries across multiple tables and relationships.
- Python fluency with hands-on experience building, maintaining, and debugging data processing/reporting scripts.
- Experience stepping into client-facing contexts, translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, ownership-oriented approach; comfortable working through scripting updates independently and escalating when needed.
- Continuous improvement mindset: automate operations, improve code quality, and deliver faster/more accurate reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and emerging technologies (mentioned as part of the team culture/approach).
