About the role

Data Analyst (Product Analytics)

As a Data Analyst in Product Analytics, you will be the primary owner of product analytics platforms, partnering with product teams to measure success and act on insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Own product analytics platforms and use data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Build measurement frameworks and define success metrics for new product and feature launches.
  • Maintain and extend Pendo tagging/instrumentation to ensure accurate tracking of features, pages, and user interactions.
  • Evaluate qualitative AI outputs alongside quantitative data.
  • Apply AI-powered analytics to support product insights.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate product usage results through reporting and data storytelling.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Advanced experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Experience driving data-driven decision-making with product teams (beyond report generation).
  • Experience with product analytics analyses such as:
    • Customer journey mapping
    • Audience profiling/segmentation
    • Cohort analysis
    • Tag management
    • A/B testing
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms, including Pendo (and/or others such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with NLP and large language models.
  • Ability to implement QA/governance practices for AI-assisted analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics.
