About the role
Role Overview
The Finance / Order-to-Cash (O2C) Data Analyst will support enterprise finance data initiatives, with a strong focus on finance domain expertise and advanced SQL. The role is remote with requirements to work PST hours.
Location / Work Schedule

- Must be willing to work in PST time zone
Responsibilities
- Validate and certify finance data pipelines
- Reconcile operational systems with finance systems and General Ledger (GL)
- Conduct data quality checks and financial data validation
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to support data needs
- Support onboarding of new products and datasets into the data platform
- Explain and defend data accuracy to Finance leadership
Requirements / Top Skills
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance domain expertise
- Advanced SQL and data analytics
- Data reconciliation and data validation
- Experience with General Ledger (GL) and Oracle Financials
- Data quality and finance reporting
- Finance stakeholder management
Preferred Background
- Experience at platform-based companies (e.g., Airbnb, Uber, DoorDash, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
- Understanding of modern finance data platforms beyond traditional ERP environments
