Data Analyst (London, UK)

Role overview

You’ll be a Data Analyst within the demand-side of the Data & AI team. Working under the Director of Data Analytics & AI, you will support multiple business topics (e.g., growth, communications, standards/impact) by building dashboards, preparing reports, and running analyses in response to requests from Organization Objective working groups.

This is a developing role: you’ll contribute ideas and act as a thought partner with guidance and review from the Director and senior analysts, while gradually growing toward a more independent and specialized analyst.

Core responsibilities

Data Requests & Stakeholder Support (40%)

• Run day-to-day data-request intake related to Organization Objectives.
• Participate in Organization Objective workstreams as a thought partner, offering proactive ideas for how data can support the work.
• Talk with staff to understand data needs and translate them into clear analyses, reports, or dashboard updates.
• Serve as a first point of contact for data questions across topics; escalate complex requests and seek guidance as needed.

Dashboards, Reporting & Analysis (35%)

• Build, upgrade, and maintain dashboards.
• Prepare reports and run analyses across a range of organizational objective topics.
