Responsibilities

  • Analyze, structure, and interpret healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Gather, clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use SQL extensively to transform and analyze datasets for reporting and business insights.
  • Apply analytical techniques with Excel and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities, gaps, and trends through independent analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., operations, finance, customer success) to understand data needs.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure initiatives and operational effectiveness.
  • Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations supporting both business and healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst (or similar analytical role).
  • Advanced hands-on SQL skills (cleaning, transforming, structuring data).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and interpreting complex datasets.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
