Role overview
Join Smallpdf as a Senior Growth & Product Analyst, partnering with Product and Marketing to answer complex growth and product questions. You’ll analyze the full user journey and turn insights into business-critical decisions.
Key missions
- Analyze acquisition channels and their impact on added value.
- Identify user behaviors that predict monetization.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Investigate ambiguous, real-world questions end-to-end: question → analysis → recommendation.
- Design synthetic experiments suited to messy environments.
- Drive growth insights with a focus on what truly impacts growth rather than polished reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a data analyst, including growth or marketing analytics.
- Experience with:
- Attribution tracking
- A/B experimentation
- SQL
- Conversion funnel analysis
- SEO analytics
- Subscription businesses
- Product analytics and investigation structuring (ability to drive work independently)
- Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete data.
- Clear communication and the ability to challenge assumptions respectfully.
Nice to have
- Incrementality analysis
- Multi-touch attribution and/or MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) implementation
