Data Analyst

Role overview

As a Data Analyst at GoHenry, you’ll help drive product decisions by delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations. You’ll work with product and engineering teams to improve experimentation, investigate data issues, and build reliable data models and semantics.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering teams to structure, execute, and analyze A/B tests using statistical techniques to ensure reliable results.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify and understand anomalies, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor data models and semantic models following team best practices.
• Provide analysis and insights, present recommendations, and share knowledge with team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of GoHenry’s data practices.

Requirements

• Very strong SQL experience in a data warehouse environment.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with Tableau.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and ability to work as a team player.
• Prior experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a B2C environment.
• Working knowledge of product experimentation methods and statistical methods.
• Curiosity and drive to deeply understand the product structure and business model.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data transformation tools such as Dataform (or dbt).
• Experience with event analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
• Experience building semantic models/knowledge graphs (or a desire to learn).
• Strong working knowledge of BigQuery.
• Interest in using modern tools to increase impact (e.g., Claude Code).
