Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst at Doximity, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to uncover data insights that improve healthcare. You’ll use large datasets to deliver product and client-facing analytics and help shape the data team’s strategy.

Key Missions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover insights from data and support better healthcare outcomes.
• Use Doximity datasets to identify and classify behaviors of healthcare professionals on the platform.
• Create analyses for both products and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficient in Python data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy; basic understanding of OOP concepts in Python.
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statistics, especially exploratory data analysis (EDA) and probability.
• Excellent SQL skills, including writing and evaluating complex queries across many tables and relationships.
• Fast learner with curiosity and passion for data.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior exposure to distributed data processing concepts and execution (e.g., column stores, Spark).
