Role overview
Senior Frontend Developer to help stabilize and further develop an existing cross-platform web application that communicates with hardware devices via a dedicated (proprietary) network protocol.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a frontend application built with React and JavaScript
- Support stabilization of the current solution and identify architectural issues
- Work on client–device communication using a proprietary protocol
- Collaborate with backend and hardware/embedded teams
- Analyze and refactor code shared across web, desktop, and embedded environments
- Contribute to designing cross-platform solution architecture
- Support the team in making technical and architectural decisions
- Develop a desktop application using Electron (in addition to the web app)
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Frontend Developer
- Advanced React and JavaScript skills
- Electron experience
- Experience integrating applications with devices / hardware (e.g., IoT, embedded systems, device communication)
- Understanding of cross-platform challenges (web / desktop / embedded)
- Ability to work with low-level system communication logic (proprietary or similar protocols)
- Experience analyzing and refactoring complex existing systems
- Good understanding of backend architecture for collaboration

Compensation
- 1100–1150 PLN/day (B2B)
