About the role
Role Overview
CX Researcher / UX Researcher to help inform the design and development of next-generation Home Services products. The role focuses on understanding customer behaviors, validating product concepts, and identifying opportunities to improve AI-driven customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research to support product strategy and design decisions
- Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
- Evaluate customer interactions across AI, AR, visualization, and digital shopping experiences
- Lead user interviews, usability studies, concept testing, and market research
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer outcomes
- Contribute to innovative experiences for home improvement, installation services, and AI-assisted shopping
Requirements
- Experience in UX Research, CX Research, Human Factors, Design Research, or Market Research
- Strong skills in customer interviewing and usability testing
- Experience supporting digital product teams in consumer-facing environments
- Ability to work closely with design teams
Nice to Haves
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, conversational experiences, or other emerging technologies
- Design experience (beneficial but not required)
