About the role
Role Overview
The Customer Support Representative responds to B2C member inquiries and support requests, providing timely and accurate help while maintaining customer records in line with regulatory requirements. The role includes working shift hours from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST.
Responsibilities
- Respond to member concerns, questions, and technical needs via phone, email, and chat
- Follow regulatory policies and procedures in all interactions
- Inform members about Dario products and services and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide kind, patient, culturally sensitive customer service
- Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure a seamless member experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Telephone etiquette skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and explain complex information
- Proficient with technology, including web-based and mobile applications
- Prior customer service or support experience required
Nice-to-Haves
- Additional regional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Remote Work Requirements
