About the role

Role: Customer Support Representative (AutoHDR)

Own inbound support to ensure customers receive the right outcomes quickly and clearly.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
Handle support topics including:
- Quality issues and flagged shoots
- Human edit requests
- Account-related problems
Identify when an issue is actually:
- A bug
- A churn risk
- A sales opportunity
- An onboarding issue and route/escalate it correctly.
Communicate with customers in a way that keeps them feeling taken care of.
Continuously improve support performance by making the process faster, smarter, and more scalable over time.
Work efficiently across channels and internal tools (inboxes, tickets, Slack, etc.).

Requirements

Strong customer empathy and clear communication.
Fast, organized, highly responsive, and detail-oriented.
Good judgment to solve problems without overcomplicating them.
High ownership/agency; take action rather than waiting.
Stay calm under pressure and handle urgent issues well.
Ability to distinguish support issues vs. bugs vs. churn risks vs. sales opportunities.
Think in systems and improve workflows over time.

Nice to Have

Experience in customer support, operations, or a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Experience in real estate media or real estate photography.
Experience with quality control, escalations, or technical support.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or automate repetitive work.
