Role overview
Join Virtuagym as a Customer Success Onboarding Consultant to help new clients get value from the product quickly and ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Onboard a portfolio of starting clients.
- Provide tailored advice on software implementation from A to Z.
- Host 1:1 consulting sessions and guide clients through setup and adoption.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their goals are met on time.
- Engage and motivate clients to use the software effectively.
- Support customer retention through consistent follow-up and success planning.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (native).
- Comfortable working with autonomy and taking responsibility while working remotely.
- Fast learner and tech-savvy.
- Ability to connect with people easily.
- Experience managing client communication (e.g., call center, hospitality, events).
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Great empathy and problem-solving mindset.
