Customer Success Manger

Role: Customer Success Manager (Customer Success Engineer)

Customer Success Managers at BlinkOps act as trusted technical advisors for customers, bridging technical expertise and customer value. You will lead technical discussions, ensure successful onboarding, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new customers with a proactive approach to maximize satisfaction.
• Drive adoption, loyalty, and expansion to ensure customers get maximum value and ROI.
• Implement and improve CS processes, building scalable methodologies and resources.
• Run growth initiatives and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executives and key buyers.
• Maintain customer health by aligning relevant new product capabilities to customer needs.
• Educate champions and teams to uncover use cases early.
• Present business value to executives and buyers; engage stakeholders beyond champion nurturing.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers and advocate for customer needs internally.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Support, Field Engineering, and Marketing.
• Take accountability for outcomes by ensuring customers achieve their goals.

Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Enterprise Account Management.
• 3+ years experience in Security/SecOps or DevOps.
• 4+ years experience working in startups.
• Experience with upselling, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Experience working with technical customers and executives.
• Strong ability to communicate in English (writing, speaking, presenting).
• Ability to explain technical concepts and identify patterns in customer experience.

Nice-to-have

• 1+ year experience in MSSP.
• 1+ year working with REST APIs and JSON.
• 1+ year coding experience in Python or Bash.

Compensation

• $100,000–$170,000 USD annual base salary + variable compensation (where applicable).
