About the role

Role Overview

Customer Success Manager at Suki (full remote). You will manage 3–5 enterprise healthcare accounts, ensuring successful implementation, deployment, and long-term adoption of Suki’s product within major health systems.

Key Missions

  • Manage a portfolio of 3–5 enterprise accounts to ensure successful product implementation and adoption
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, provider adoption, and long-term success
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand product usage and drive initiatives to meet or exceed revenue, retention, and adoption goals

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with C-level executives
  • Drive revenue growth through expansion and adoption initiatives
  • Continuously improve customer/user satisfaction
  • Lead high-touch customer engagement to drive adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise, customer-facing experience in Healthcare SaaS
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong project management: critical thinking, prioritization, and complex timeline management
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ across the US
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate providers across multiple time zones
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, and CRM tools; ability to learn technical nuances of EMR integrations
  • Previous experience managing revenue targets or expansion/retention quotas

Nice to Have

  • Consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation and clinical workflows
  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree
  • Willingness to take ownership of a dedicated book of business and grow into additional areas
