As a Customer Success Manager (SMB), you will manage a portfolio of 150+ SMB e-commerce clients. Your goal is to drive product adoption, improve client engagement and satisfaction, and uncover upsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 150+ SMB e-commerce clients in Europe by building strong relationships and ensuring retention.
- Create and execute customized success plans aligned with each client’s objectives, driving adoption and engagement.
- Design and implement scalable, automated low-touch engagement approaches to optimize key steps of the customer journey.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships (implied by role responsibilities).
- Experience working on customer engagement/retention and adoption (implied by role responsibilities).
Nice-to-haves
