Customer Success Manager, PSA Verified (Remote - West Coast)

Role Overview

Collectors is hiring a PSA Verified Customer Success Manager for the PSA Vault team. The role supports PSA Verified repack customers by ensuring order readiness and delivery, maintaining client trust, and escalating operational issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain acquisition and delivery schedules for repack customers after launch
• Forecast future client orders to support Vault Operations readiness
• Run client check-ins to track progress toward each series
• Identify product growth opportunities with each client
• Recommend high-value inventory to build around repack series
• Coordinate with clients to adjust PSA offers/campaigns based on inventory pacing
• Monitor social media for audience feedback tied to products
• Review box supply refill needs with the Vault Operations team
• Partner with the data team to monitor client health
• Work with finance/accounting to align on client reporting and invoicing
• Catalog recurring production issues and help improve workflows to reduce issues
• Collaborate with Vault Operations to review and improve ingestion and logistical processes

Requirements

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the fulfillment ecosystem
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs (or similar tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in supply forecasting

Reporting & Interview Notes

• Reports to the Senior Manager, Vault Operations & Customer Experience
• Remote role with preference for candidates commutable between West Coast and South region offices (Santa Ana, CA and Plano, TX).
