Customer Success Manager, PSA Verified (Remote - East Coast)

Role overview

Join Collectors as a PSA Verified Customer Success Manager on the PSA Vault team. You’ll work with Verified clients to maintain and grow their repack business, ensuring smooth readiness and delivery of orders that support collector trust.

Responsibilities

• Maintain acquisition and delivery schedules for repack customers post-launch
• Forecast future client orders to support Vault Operations readiness
• Run client check-ins to track progress toward each series
• Identify and communicate product growth opportunities with clients
• Suggest high-value inventory targets to build around repack series
• Coordinate with clients to adjust PSA offer campaigns to match inventory pacing
• Monitor social media for audience feedback for each product
• Partner with Vault Operations on box supply refill needs
• Work with the data team to monitor client health
• Partner with finance/accounting to align client reporting and invoicing
• Catalog common production issues and help improve workflows to reduce issue volume
• Collaborate with Vault Operations to review and improve ingestion and logistical processes

Requirements

• Familiarity with fulfillment ecosystem concepts, practices, and procedures
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong focus on customer experience, with a track record of going above and beyond
• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
