Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

Customer Success Manager (Cardiac Remote Monitoring) for early hires on the U.S. Customer Success team. This is a consultative, customer-facing role focused on onboarding and driving adoption of a digital cardiology remote monitoring platform—working closely with Product, Clinical, and Commercial leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation for new health system and cardiology customers
• Act as a trusted advisor to electrophysiology clinics and cardiac device teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and improve the platform
• Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success
• Help build scalable onboarding processes and Customer Success best practices
• Represent the voice of the customer as the U.S. business grows

Requirements

• Experience supporting cardiac rhythm management (CRM), electrophysiology, or cardiac remote monitoring
• Customer-facing experience supporting physicians, device clinics, or hospital customers
• Ability to solve complex customer problems in technical environments
• Comfort working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings
• Energy, resilience, and passion for helping customers succeed
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the U.S. as needed

Strong Preferences

• Customer Success or onboarding experience in cardiac remote monitoring
• Experience with implantable cardiac devices
• Experience with competitors or adjacent organizations in the cardiac monitoring ecosystem
• Technical aptitude and comfort collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
