Customer Success Manager (French Speaker) at Netskope (full remote, Madrid).
You will own post-sales success for enterprise customers by driving adoption, utilization, risk reduction, and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead structured post-sales handoffs to ensure customers reach desired outcomes.
- Drive onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-value and early ROI.
- Monitor customer health and proactively track usage, adoption, and engagement.
- Identify and mitigate adoption risks.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Translate customer commercial objectives into technical/operational results.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management supporting enterprise customers.
- Fluency in Spanish and French (required).
- Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to engage executives and technical teams.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Strong expertise in SSE/SASE architectures, cloud security, information security, and threat prevention.
- Experience building business-aligned cloud/cybersecurity programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs and controls.
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) preferred.
