About the role

Customer Success Manager (Enterprise)

Join Prove as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention and maximize customer value.

Role overview

  • Oversee the customer retention process and streamline the customer experience
  • Act as a customer advocate internally
  • Build strong relationships, deliver value, identify growth opportunities, and turn customers into “raving fans”

Responsibilities

  • Establish a trusted-partner reputation through regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Present relationship status and demonstrate value delivered against client business objectives
  • Monitor and forecast live revenue
  • Track and secure account renewals on time
  • Collaborate with account managers to strategize price increases and upsell additional products/services
  • Develop a deep understanding of Prove’s products and services

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a customer-facing role (e.g., account management or sales)
  • Strong written/verbal communication, documentation, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent project management and long-term account planning
  • Track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Passion for learning products and markets via training
  • Strong aptitude for technology, KPIs, data, and business cases
  • Experience in a highly regulated market (e.g., fintech, insurance, retail)
  • Cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup experience required

Preferred / nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of digital identity and authentication
  • Experience with technical data platforms such as Splunk or Looker
  • Ability to investigate API transactions
  • Experience with selling strategies and negotiations
  • Experience in high-growth / pre-IPO technology companies
