About the role
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise & Onboarding) at GC AI, you will own two key moments in the customer lifecycle: onboarding and renewal. You’ll help legal teams adopt AI in daily work by designing rollout plans, training users, tracking adoption, identifying risk, and demonstrating measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding & adoption: implementation planning, stakeholder mapping, workflow discovery, training, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
- Drive usage and outcomes: monitor adoption/usage, identify blockers, and support embedding GC AI into daily workflows (e.g., contracts, research, drafting, policies, playbook-based review).
- Own renewal strategy (enterprise/strategic accounts): use adoption data, customer outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and ROI analysis to support renewal and expansion discussions.
- Build executive relationships: General Counsel, Legal Ops leaders, legal champions, and other executive stakeholders.
- Feed insights back to Product: translate customer feedback into product insights, adoption themes, and roadmap input.
- Run customer sessions: live demos, onboarding sessions, office hours, and executive business reviews tailored to legal audiences.
Requirements
- 3–7 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience owning onboarding, adoption, renewals, and/or expansion for enterprise/strategic customers.
- Strong presentation skills (live demos, trainings, office hours, exec business reviews).
- Ability to use customer data and product usage to build renewal/expansion narratives tied to business outcomes.
- Strong discovery and relationship management; identify adoption blockers and customer risk early.
- Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them to non-technical users.
- Ownership mindset and good judgment in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working at a startup/scale-up where processes are still forming.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting legal, compliance, finance, HR, or other professional-services-oriented teams.
- Familiarity with AI, legal tech, productivity software, workflow automation, knowledge management, or collaboration tools.
