About the role
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise & Onboarding) at GC AI, you will own two critical parts of the customer lifecycle: onboarding and renewal. You’ll help legal teams adopt AI in daily work by planning rollouts, training users, monitoring adoption, identifying risks, and proving measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Drive onboarding to adoption: implementation planning, stakeholder mapping, workflow discovery, training, launch readiness, and post-launch follow-up
- Monitor adoption and outcomes: track usage, identify blockers, and help embed GC AI into daily workflows (contracts, research, drafting, policies, playbook-based review)
- Own/partner on enterprise renewals and expansion: use adoption data, customer outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and ROI analysis to support renewal and growth conversations
- Build executive relationships with General Counsel, Legal Operations leaders, champions, and other stakeholders
- Turn customer feedback into product input: adoption themes and roadmap insights for the Product team
- Deliver enablement: live demos, onboarding sessions, office hours, and executive business reviews tailored to legal teams
Required Experience
- 3–7 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience owning onboarding, adoption, renewals, and/or expansion for enterprise/strategic customers
- Strong presentation and comfort leading live demos, trainings, office hours, and executive business reviews
- Ability to use customer data, product usage, and business outcomes to craft renewal/expansion narratives
- Strong discovery and relationship management skills; ability to identify adoption blockers and risk early
- Comfort learning technical products and explaining them to non-technical users
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
- Experience working in startups where processes are still being built
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting legal, compliance, finance, HR, or other professional-services-oriented teams
- Exposure to AI, legal tech, productivity software, workflow automation, knowledge management, or collaboration tools
