About the role

Customer Success Manager (Full Remote)

Join Allium as a Customer Success Manager to own and scale the post-sales customer experience for the company’s blockchain data infrastructure.

Key missions

  • Manage and grow the post-sale customer experience, ensuring customers maximize success with Allium’s blockchain data infrastructure.
  • Design and implement scalable Customer Success strategies aligned to the customer lifecycle and revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive upsell, cross-sell, and identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Customer Success motions that improve adoption, retention, and expansion at scale.
  • Manage a $5M+ ARR book of business.
  • Lead customer onboarding for enterprise accounts and support high-velocity digital-first users.
  • Build and run operational Customer Success systems: health metrics, account plans, onboarding frameworks, and customer journey maps.
  • Apply customer health modeling to enable risk mitigation and success planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align customer outcomes with company strategy.
  • Build community-driven success programs (e.g., superuser programs, ambassador networks, decentralized governance touchpoints).
  • Contribute to Customer Success team/program growth in an early-stage environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, including experience building/scaling CSM teams and systems.
  • Proven track record driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Strong operational experience creating CS metrics, account plans, onboarding frameworks, and customer journey maps.
  • Deep understanding of customer health scoring, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts and complex deployments.
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Deep expertise in Web3/blockchain and infrastructure products, including developer workflows and blockchain architectures.
  • Experience operating effectively in early-stage environments.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience at an early-stage blockchain/crypto/decentralized infrastructure company.
  • Exposure to open-source projects/developer ecosystems as customers.
  • Experience building Customer Education programs (documentation, webinars, enablement).
  • Proven background in revenue expansion and renewals and Customer Success program development.
