Customer Success Associate

Role overview

Join Wisetack as a Customer Success Associate to help SMB merchants activate Wisetack’s financing solution. You’ll own onboarding, manage merchant relationships, and drive measurable activation outcomes—while collecting merchant feedback to inform product improvements.

Key missions

• Onboard and engage SMB customers to ensure successful activation of Wisetack as a preferred financing solution
• Manage merchant relationships and drive measurable activation results
• Collect and relay product feedback from merchants to support continuous improvements
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and share learnings

Requirements

• Consultative communication skills to guide conversations toward the fastest path to early success (not a traditional sales role)
• Strong commitment to customer success, integrity, and long-term outcomes
• Adaptable and experiment-oriented mindset to refine the merchant activation playbook
• Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and communication quality
• Familiarity with team technologies/tools, including:
  • Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, Slack, Google Suite
  • Claude, ChatGPT
  • Granola, Confluence (and others)
• Strong written and verbal communication via phone, text, video conferencing, and email
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, onboarding, support, sales, or account management)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to use customer data and feedback to identify patterns and prioritize improvements
• Product-oriented experience (e.g., prior work in a technology startup)
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through in a high-volume environment

• Fintech experience
• Experience in home services or SMB sectors
