Join SkillCorner, the global leader in AI-driven sports data. As a Customer Solutions Manager for Benelux and Scandinavia, you will develop strong relationships with customers, provide product education and support, and help integrate SkillCorner data into their daily workflows. This remote position requires frequent travel and a passion for football. Key missions: Lead customer and product onboarding, education and training online and in person.. Create and present tailored analysis, tools and educational material.. Support data integration through APIs, analytics tools, templates and dashboards. Profile: REQUIREMENTS Fluent English plus at least one relevant local language. Passion for and deep knowledge of football. Experience working with data and presenting analysis in a professional setting. Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation and stakeholder management. Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience working in a professional football environment. Data analysis within scouting, recruitment or performance. Claude, Python and SQL; familiarity with BigQuery, Streamlit, Tableau or Power BI. Understanding of APIs, ETL concepts and analytics workflows. YOUR PERSONALITY Analytical, empathetic and confident in front of customers. Organised, strategic and proactive.
