About the role
Customer Service Representative (UK Based)
Provide timely, professional customer support and ensure a positive customer experience across phone, email, chat, and other channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other support channels
- Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and account concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate complex cases to the right department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM or ticketing system
- Process customer requests such as orders, refunds, or account updates
- Follow up with customers to confirm full resolution and satisfaction
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, and CSAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, customer-first approach
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom (Manchester or London preferred)
- Clear British English accent (native or near-native required)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
