About the role
Role Overview
Part-time, fully remote Operations Manager role at The Love List. You’ll help streamline internal processes while delivering a premium, high-touch client experience. The role blends day-to-day operations, client communications, sales support, and brand/content execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Customer Service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries (email, CRM, etc.)
- Ensure a luxury-level, high-touch experience across all client interactions
- Manage onboarding communications for new clients
- Follow up with leads, applicants, and active clients in a timely, polished manner
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and status updates
Sales & Matchmaking Support
- Assist in selling matchmaking packages through thoughtful, relationship-driven communication
- Follow up with warm leads and guide them through decision-making
- Support matchmakers with coordination, scheduling, and client logistics
- Maintain and update client pipelines and internal tracking systems
Operations & Process Management
- Streamline internal workflows and identify efficiency opportunities
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination
- Keep systems organized and up to date (CRM, email lists, client databases)
- Help build scalable processes as the company grows
Content & Copywriting Support
- Draft and edit newsletters, email campaigns, and client communications
- Collaborate on content that matches The Love List’s luxury, high-value brand voice
- Ensure content is structured and includes clear takeaways and conversion-focused messaging
- Contribute ideas for editorial direction (e.g., interviews, insights, structured pieces)
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and follow-ups
- Ensure seamless, premium attendee experience
- Support post-event follow-up and client engagement
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in operations, customer experience, or a similar role (startup experience preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a client-facing, sales-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving company
- Experience with CRMs, email platforms, and project management tools (plus)
- Strong interest in dating, relationships, or luxury services
