This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the deployment of complex healthcare IT projects, including RIS, PACS, VNA, and cloud-based systems. As a Customer Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to implementation and go-live—ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and monitor project progress against scope, cost, and schedule objectives. This position requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly impact healthcare providers’ efficiency and the quality of patient care. The role also offers field-based work with flexibility to travel across the United States. Accountabilities Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with scope, timelines, resources, risks, and quality standards Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery meets budget, schedule, and quality targets Monitor project budgets, track costs and effort, evaluate feasibility, and implement corrective actions as needed Coordinate cross-functional resources, including internal teams, external partners, and equipment delivery schedules Oversee system implementation, integration, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and produce high-quality project documentation Ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies while delivering a positive customer experience Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth through successful project delivery Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 9+ years of equivalent project/program management experience Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or healthcare IT, including PACS deployment experience Proven track record managing projects end-to-end, working with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams Strong process orientation, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Willingness to travel up to 20% across the United States PMI certification required per role/level, to be obtained within the specified period of employment Benefits Competitive base salary range ($90,000-$160,000 depending on location) with potential for annual incentives or bonuses Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans Generous PTO, paid holidays, and parental/caregiver leave 401(k) retirement plan with company match, HSA with company contributions, and stock purchase plan Education reimbursement and professional development opportunities Flexible field-based work with support for travel and remote coordination Why Apply Through Jobgether?
