About the role
Role Overview
As a Customer Platform Architect, you will help customers deploy and operate their on-premise infrastructure. You’ll perform technical diagnostics, conduct health checks, and provide advisory support in the pre-sales phase.
Key Missions / Responsibilities
- Support customer platform deployment: assist with design, implementation, and configuration of customer environments.
- Diagnose and address infrastructure issues: troubleshoot, resolve, and help predict technical problems.
- Run platform health checks: evaluate performance and resilience, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with multiple internal teams and make an impact in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
Requirements
- Hands-on technical ability to support on-premise infrastructure deployments (design, implementation, configuration).
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve infrastructure/technical issues.
- Ability to perform health checks focused on performance and resilience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales/advisory support within cybersecurity or cyber threat management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity ecosystem deployments and customer success workflows.
