As a Customer Operations & Writing Specialist at Clerky, you’ll be the primary voice of the company for startup founders, investors, and attorneys. Responsibilities

• Write thoughtful, empathetic replies to customer emails using Help Scout
• Write, maintain, and improve help center articles
• Identify new article topics based on customer inquiries
• Work with the engineering team to debug software issues customers encounter
• Use Clerky’s product to develop and manage new ways for customers to complete legal paperwork
