Role Overview

Customer Operations Associate, Transfers (Operations)

You’ll join the Transfers team within Operations, building deep expertise in investment transfers and delivering accurate, timely outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Own transfer cases end-to-end (start to finish), ensuring transfers are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
• Work with customers, external counterparties, and internal teams to resolve transfer issues to completion.
• Process transfer applications accurately and on time.
• Develop strong understanding of rules and regulations for ISA transfers.
• Apply operational processes for cash and stock transfers, including valuations, asset acceptance, and CREST.
• Build experience across JISAs, fund transfers, and European stock transfers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through AI and automation (finding ways to work faster/smarter and supporting efficiency improvements).
• Support the longer-term ambition to build a more cross-trained, flexible Operations team (potential future exposure to Payments, Corporate Actions, Trading & Settlements, Customer Service & Complaints), depending on needs and development.
