About the role
Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Manager (Enterprise) at Kojo, you will own the implementation and adoption outcomes for Kojo’s largest customers. You will manage roughly 20 concurrent implementations, partnering with key stakeholders to drive successful rollouts and long-term usage.
Key Missions
- Manage a portfolio of ~20 simultaneous deployments for Kojo’s largest customers as the primary point of contact.
- Define requirements, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement; identify gaps early to protect go-live dates.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Track product usage vs. adoption goals and synthesize feedback into actionable themes Product can act on.
- Ensure smooth handoffs with internal teams (e.g., Solutions Architecture) so customers don’t experience seams.
- Perform portfolio triage to prioritize accounts needing attention immediately vs. later.
Responsibilities
- Lead long-cycle project management for 6+ month rollouts with multiple, sometimes competing stakeholders.
- Deliver training that fits different audiences (e.g., engineers and field crews) and communicate updates appropriately for senior leadership.
- Measure success by time to value, adoption, and retention.
- Translate scattered customer requests into clear, structured feedback Product can use.
Requirements
- Experience delivering customer implementations / technical programs / consulting engagements for 3+ years in a delivery-driven environment (SaaS or technology).
- Ability to thrive with deadline-driven discipline and strong customer relationship management.
- Proven metrics-driven approach to outcomes (time to value, adoption, retention).
- Ability to run a real delivery methodology under active deadlines.
- Comfort with occasional in-person travel across North America (likely up to 20%).
Nice to Haves
- Certification such as PMP, CSM, or other agile/project-management credential.
- Experience in construction or trades-adjacent industries.
