Customer Marketing Manager (Customer Evidence Motion)

Join Baseten to build and execute the customer evidence motion. You will design co-marketing programs, create channels and assets, and ensure customer stories reach the right audiences.

Key missions

• Own the end-to-end co-marketing process with clients, from first contact to final publication.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure each asset is built, approved, and distributed correctly.
• Develop new co-marketing opportunities across formats such as:
  • blog articles
  • joint webinars
  • press releases

Requirements

• Proactive, detail-obsessed, with a low tolerance for outdated assets or undocumented processes.
• Strong ability to craft narratives that resonate with developers while clearly communicating business value.
• Comfortable engaging directly with technical audiences and understanding developer workflows, tools, and priorities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts across different audiences and formats.
• Highly organized and process-oriented; you build systems, not only outputs.
• Demonstrated experience building customer advocacy programs for technical audiences or at early-stage companies.
• 6+ years in customer marketing, product marketing, or a closely related function.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where programs may need to be created from scratch.
• Experience producing a range of content, including:
  • written case studies
  • video testimonials
  • technical blog posts
  • social content

• Experience spanning multiple co-marketing formats and channels with both content and distribution execution.
