About the role
Role Overview
Customer Delivery Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software solutions to customers. You will ensure successful integration, adoption, and ongoing customer success across the software delivery lifecycle, serving as the primary customer-facing program management point of contact.
Responsibilities
Customer Delivery & Program Management
- Lead and manage customer software delivery programs to deliver on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Create delivery plans with timelines, milestones, integration checkpoints, and resource allocation
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage engineering-to-deployment transitions to ensure smooth handoffs
Customer Integration & Onboarding
- Act as the primary point of contact during software integration and deployment
- Work with customers to understand their systems and define integration strategies
- Lead onboarding for new software releases to ensure readiness for deployment and operations
Customer Success & Adoption
- Proactively drive customer success through best practices, feature enablement, and release adoption
- Develop and deliver enablement materials, training, and guidance
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements and priorities
- Monitor customer health/satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: engineering, product management, QA, sales, and customer support
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and internal stakeholders on status, risks, and customer insights
Development Oversight & Standards
- Oversee the software delivery lifecycle from planning through deployment and post-launch support
- Ensure delivery follows industry standards (notably for CATV and broadband) and contractual terms (e.g., SLA, SOW)
Process Improvement
- Improve delivery and onboarding processes for efficiency, scalability, and satisfaction
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies when applicable
Quality Assurance
- Partner with QA to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and quality standards
- Help identify and address integration defects and performance issues
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
